Do you mean some kind of jumping rapidly to different destinations? So was Mr. Tarzan one traceur?
(My Big Webster didn't got that word. Internet got that 'Parkour')
parkour is an activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. The person who does it is called traceur. So yes, you may call Tarzan a traceur. It started in France so terminology is from french language
